Thank God Trailer: Ajay Devgn as Chitragupta Plays Game of Life After a long wait, the trailer of Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Thank God was finally released on Friday and it has definitely piqued the interest of fans and movie buffs. Under the direction of Indra Kumar, who has earlier created fan favorites like Masti and Damaal, seems to be back with a social comedy that wholeheartedly incorporates the lore of Chitragupta and Yamlak. The trailer shows 'Shershah' star Sidharth Malhotra meeting with a car accident right from the start and finding himself surrounded by otherworldly beings in Yamlak. However, what really manages to steal the show is Ajay Devgn's flamboyant performance as Chitragupta with a whimsical peppered beard who single-handedly packs a punch by introducing Sidharth Malhotra to his various foibles like anger, jealousy, lust and much more. The quirky trailer also teased the Hindi version of Sri Lankan singer Johani's 2021 viral hit Manike Mage Hithe. The trailer description read, “Iss Deepawali Hoga, Sabhi Karmo Ka Hisaab (All good and bad deeds will be counted this Diwali). A man full of all sins and confusion reaches 'Yamloka' where Chitragupta invites him to play the game of life.
